General. You will receive the benefit mentioned in an Offer within the timeframe stated in the Offer Terms. Transactions that satisfy all the requirements specified in the Offer Terms and this Agreement are called “Eligible Transactions.” Note that transactions made using the “expresspay” capability are not considered Eligible Transactions.
